To confirm your booking we require a deposit equal to that of the first nights accommodation, by paying this deposit you are entering a contract and agree to our booking conditions, this also applies when you provide us with your credit/debit card details. The total balance for your booking is to be paid upon arrival at the guesthouse.

We can not make allowances for late arrivals or early departures, all dates booked must be paid for. The change of booking dates or shortening of a reservation will be deemed as a cancellation, holiday insurance is therefore very strongly recommended.

Behaviour of guests should not be excessive or rowdy and must not cause annoyance, distress or embarrassment to staff or fellow guests.
